How Does Ordering Work?

We accept orders until 1:30pm on Fridays. After the week closes, your meals are prepared fresh on Saturday, and meals are available for pick-up and delivery on Sunday.

What kind of meals do you offer?

We offer Standard and Large meals to meet your dietary needs. All meals are Macro balanced with protein, fat and carbs. Standard meals have 3.5 – 4oz protein, and large have 5.5 – 6oz protein per meal. For large meals we add more veggies and starches as well. For Low Carb options, we remove all starches and add more veggies.

What is the cost of your meals?

Our Standard meals start at $11 each. For bigger portions and seafood meals, there's a slight upcharge. Chef Specials are $12. If you create a subscription, you can save money on each meal!

Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

Absolutely! Check the weekly menu for options tagged Vegetarian.

Can I see a menu?

Menus can be accessed by clicking the “View Menu” tab on the home screen or by clicking the “order” tab on the home screen and then selecting “A la carte”.

What makes you different than other meal prep services?

We provide flavorful meals that are convenient, fresh, affordable and delicious and will help you achieve your fitness goals.

How do I heat my meals?

Microwave anywhere from 1:30 – 2:00 minutes.

How do I sign up & get started?

Visit our website www.mealprepwithme.org. Please visit the “Get Started” link to set up an account. Once a profile is created, you can then visit the “Shop” tab on our homepage to begin placing your order.

Are meal plans recurring?

Yes. Meal plans are subscriptions and charges will recur weekly, bi-weekly or monthly based on billing preferences.

Can I choose my meals?

Yes! For subscription orders, meals can be chosen before your initial checkout, then again once the account auto renews. If you are not on a subscription, meals can be chosen under the “a la carte” ordering section.

Do I have to order a meal plan?

No. Meal plans are just one of the options we offer. Customers also have the ability to order a la carte or bulk. With these options, you will only receive food when an order is placed.

How does delivery work?

We deliver on Sundays within a 25-mile radius from our kitchen for $4-13, depending upon the distance. Delivery times vary every week. Customers are notified of the delivery window on Saturday evening for Sunday’s delivery.

Do you ship outside of your delivery radius?

At this time, we do not ship outside our delivery area.

How does free pick up work?

We have free pick up at Feast With Beasts Fitness on Sundays and Mondays. Please contact us for weekly pickup times.

Do I have to be home for delivery? What if something happens to my delivery?

No, you do not have to be home for delivery. We are happy to offer contactless delivery. Our delivery team will place your cooler bag and meals in your designated delivery spot (if a specific spot is not designated, the delivery will be placed at the front door). Once delivered, a notification will be sent to the email and phone number linked to the account. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for deliveries once they have reached their destination. To keep deliveries as secure as possible we do recommend having them placed in an inconspicuous spot or on a back porch if possible.

What do I do with the cooler bag and ice packs between deliveries?

After you have unpacked your meals, please place the ice packs in the cooler bag to thaw. The cooler bag and thawed ice packs should be placed in your designated delivery spot the evening before your next scheduled delivery.

Refund Policy

If for any reason there is something wrong with your order, please let us know and we will make it right by a refund, exchange or store credit.

How do I make changes to my account?

You can edit or make changes to your account simply by signing into your account and going to your settings. It’s that simple! Change your address, phone number, billing information & digital wallet.

Can deliveries be paused or placed on hold?

Yes. Please log into your MPWM profile. Once logged in, please choose “Subscription” on the left. From here you can pause an upcoming delivery. Once paused, a prepaid delivery day will automatically be added to the end of your subscription.

How do I cancel a subscription?

All cancellations must be processed through our website. This can be done by logging in to your MPWM account. Once logged in, please choose “Subscription” from the menu on the left. Once on the subscription page, you will be given the option to “request to cancel” your meal plan. An email confirmation will be sent once cancelled. Cancellation or changes to an account must be received before Friday at 4:00 pm. *** Any refunds due to cancellation will be given in the form of a credit on the MPWM account not to the credit card on file***

Do you have a variety of foods to choose from for people with medical restrictions?

Our mission is to provide you with the healthiest ingredients for a balanced diet. Our meals are not designed for people with special dietary restrictions or food allergies. Please consult your physician or health care provider if you have concerns.
